Responsibilities
  • The Vice Chairman is elected from the Full Members of the Committee, by those members, at the start of each Committee year (June).
  • In the absence of the Chairman, the Vice Chairman will assume the role and responsibilities of the Chairman, including presiding as chairman over any meetings of the Committee.
  • At other times, the Vice Chairman will assume the role and responsibilities of a Full Member of the Committee.
